About Me

How Makeup Artistry Found Me

Makeup artist

My journey into the world of makeup started by falling in love with its transformative capabilities through the art of Drag. After attending my first Pride parade in full drag, I felt the pull of makeup artistry. As a member of the Queer community, I have never been one to conform to the archaic beauty standards imposed on us by society. That's why I love makeup so much. The rules are meant to be broken!

I studied the art of makeup at the Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia and graduated in 2014. While there, I learned so many vital building blocks that have allowed me to grow my success to where it is today. Learning from some of the industries best artists, I was filled with information, skills, drive, and had an oasis of knowledge at my finger tips.

I have worked for amazing companies during my Vancouver journey such as Illamasqua, Shu Uemura, and MAC Cosmetics. These companies taught me valuable abilities like time management, multitasking, and customization sales skills. When I say I have used these skills every day, its no joke! They are crucial to my success.

I made the move to Montreal in 2016 and currently live there. During my time in Montreal, I branched into the spa world. It was here that I was able to expand my knowledge to include Brow Tinting/Shaping and Keratin Lash Lift & Tints! I also had the pleasure of flexing my teaching muscles while on the faculty of the Annie Young School of Makeup.

Now my focus is on my Freelance career and being able to bring the makeup world to you. It can be the best feeling to get glammed up and not even have to leave your home or even get out of your pyjamas! Sit back and relax while we work together to bring your ultimate vision to life!

I mean let's be real, who doesn't want a personal makeup stylist to bring the glam to them!?
